By purchasing or subscribing to use our Cloud Tutor service, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with Cloud Tutor 360, Inc., its subsidiaries, and therefore you declare that you are 18 years of age or older and that you accept responsibility for all payments that were made by you and confirm that your information provided is true and correct.
You can cancel anytime, absolutely. We never lock you in to our service, should you ever decide to leave.
You have the right to ask for refunds for funds paid into your account. Request a refund by using our customer support email; firstname.lastname@example.org
THE POLICY IS NOT APPLICABLE IF THE REFUND IS IN ANY WAY RELATED TO A MILESTONE PAYMENT, FEES, OR CHARGES.
Note: The user will receive the refund via the same method used to make initial payment if we agree to the refund request.
WHETHER AN OFFICIAL REQUEST FOR REFUND IS MADE BY A USER OR NOT, WE MAY REFUND FUNDS TO USERS ON THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
APPROVING PAYMENT FOR A COMPLETED JOB OR PROJECT IS AN EXPRESS INDICATION THAT YOU AGREE TO THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE. AND YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO INITIATE ANY CHARGEBACK REQUEST WITH YOUR CARD ISSUER.
IF YOU MAKE ANY CHARGEBACK REQUEST OR INITIATE ANY SIMILAR REQUEST PROCESS, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO SHARE EVERY DETAIL WITH US, IN COMPLIANCE WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITION TO DEFEAT ANY CHARGEBACK REQUEST.
AND IF YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE A CHARGEBACK REQUEST WITH YOUR CARD ISSUER, THEN YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO REQUEST FOR REFUND FROM US, AS YOU WOULD BE SEEKING DOUBLE RECOVERY.
IF, HOWEVER, AFTER CLOSE CONSIDERATION, WE DISCOVER THAT YOU MADE A RIDICULOUS NUMBER OF REFUND REQUEST OR CHARGEBACKS, WE MAY HAVE TO LIMIT, SUSPEND, OR EVEN CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH US.
